This is a doorbell intercom that lets you call up all the failed businesses in the Doomed Commercial Area.
This is a listing of every "entry" in a given game conversation as scraped from the game files. Entries often contain written dialogue, as well as conditional logic governing their appearance to the player. They also link to other entries, sometimes automatically and sometimes through player action. This page is best used to search for a specific word or phrase, as following the links in this format can be difficult. For an experience that better accommodates the branching structure of these conversations, see the corresponding interactive page.

| Drama | Is this some kind of joke? |

| You | "Wait, are you repeating your words?" |
| You | "Didn't you already say that the last time we talked?" |

| Tricentennial Electrics | "Why did you even call? I don't understand... You've been gone for months," she continues. "I thought you didn't care." |
| You | "It doesn't matter what I say, you're just going to continue, right?" |

| Tricentennial Electrics | No one replies, but the static grows stronger like rainfall. Then a female voice speaks out, completely different from the one before. Glorious and *total* somehow. Crawling inside your head. |
| Tricentennial Electrics | "It's so nice to be able to finally forget." |
| Tricentennial Electrics | "My god, I didn't think I would hear your voice again." |
| Tricentennial Electrics | "As if my mind's been wiped clean..." |
| You | Say nothing. |
| Tricentennial Electrics | "It's so nice." |
| Tricentennial Electrics | "It's so nice to be able to finally forget about you." |
| Logic | East Delta Commerce Centre? This must be the name of the Doomed Commercial Area! |

| Kim Kitsuragi | "Hmm... this button looks new. I wouldn't be surprised if it hasn't been connected yet. Is it the dicemaker's?" He takes a step back, inspecting the other names on the list. |
| Volition | And then it hits you. |
| You | "Just a recording... and here I thought..." |
| Reaction Speed | Wait, is she...? |

| Tricentennial Electrics | Another seagull passes by... It's getting cold standing here, staring at the silent call box. |

| Kim Kitsuragi | "It must have been some kind of... faulty wiring. We should maybe stop playing with this doorbell, it looks ancient." |
| Volition | Here come the bad vibes again. Relax. Distance yourself from it. |
| Shivers | FOR THREE HUNDRED YEARS I HAVE BEEN HERE. VOLATILE AND LUMINOUS. MADE OF SODIUM AND RAIN. |

| Kim Kitsuragi | "So..." The strange, alien thought pattern ends. The lieutenant cuts in, inspecting the intercom. |
| Kim Kitsuragi | "It was a recording trapped in the circuitry. From some ancient tenant. This sometimes happens. Shall we conclude here? We have other mysteries to solve." |

| Kim Kitsuragi | "Don't take this the wrong way, but -- during our short stint working together -- *something weird* is almost always happening to you." |
| Logic | That *is* true. |

| Electronic Doorbell | The strange and alien thought pattern ends. You're left staring at the electronic doorbell. |
